Help Center
Find answers to common questions about subscriptions, billing, and account management.
Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store, not within the app itself. Here's how to cancel:
For iPhone (Apple):
Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, find the app, and tap Cancel Subscription.
For Android (Google Play):
Open the Play Store > tap your Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, find the app, and tap Cancel.
Refunds are processed by the app store where you made the purchase, not by us directly.
For iPhone (Apple):
Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your purchase, and request a refund.
For Android (Google Play):
Go to play.google.com/store/account, find your order, and tap Request a refund.
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription through your device's app store settings:
For iPhone (Apple):
Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, select the app, and choose a different plan from the available options.
For Android (Google Play):
Open the Play Store > tap your Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, select the app, and choose a different plan.
All purchases are processed through the app store, so invoices and receipts come directly from them:
For iPhone (Apple):
Apple sends purchase receipts to the email address associated with your Apple ID. You can also view your purchase history at reportaproblem.apple.com.
For Android (Google Play):
Google sends purchase receipts to your Gmail. You can also view your order history at play.google.com/store/account.
Your purchases are tied to your app store account and can be restored on any device:
For iPhone (Apple):
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. Open the app and look for a "Restore Purchases" option in the settings or subscription screen.
For Android (Google Play):
Make sure you're signed in with the same Google account used for the original purchase. Open the app and look for a "Restore Purchases" option in the settings or subscription screen.
If the app has account functionality, you can typically delete your account from within the app settings. Look for an option like "Delete Account" or "Remove Account" in the app's settings menu.
Important: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please make sure to cancel your subscription first (see above) to avoid future charges.
If you need assistance with account deletion, please contact us.
